The Block is a Finalist for a Number of Georgie Awards!

As we’ve said already, The Block was an enormously gratifying project for us. The project went to market during one of the toughest times in real estate in…well, forever. So The Block challenged ParkLane, and Braun/Allison, to re-think everything.

This was a good thing. It forced us to push ourselves. To find a new voice, new channels, and new mediums to reach our buyers. And we really pulled out all the stops.

It seems to have worked. As most people already know, The Block is now fully sold out. But ParkLane has even more good news.

They recently entered the project for a number of Georgie Awards. The Block is a finalist in pretty much every category it was entered in, including Best Website, Best Ad Campaign, and Marketing Campaign of the Year.

Once again, we are very proud to have played a part in this project. It was a huge opportunity for us. Best of luck to ParkLane at the Georgies, and we’ll keep you updated as to the final results!
